How do I use the UVILIZER Tower?

Plug it in, select your timer setting using the remote (15, 30, or 60 minutes), then leave the room. The device uses UV-C light and ozone to sanitize air and surfaces. Wait at least 30–60 minutes after the cycle ends before re-entering the room.

Is the UVILIZER safe for children and pets?

Yes — when used properly. UV-C and ozone disinfection should be performed in unoccupied spaces. Always leave the room during operation and allow time for ventilation after use.

What does the smell mean after using the device?

The odor is caused by ozone, which is normal and part of the disinfection process. It typically fades within 30–60 minutes with proper ventilation.

Do I need to clean or replace anything?

No. Our UV-C devices are maintenance-free. There are no filters or replaceable parts. Just keep the lamp surface clean from dust for optimal performance.

Can UVILIZER remove mold spores?

Yes. The UVILIZER Tower uses high-powered UV-C light combined with ozone to help kill mold spores in the air and on surfaces. While it won’t remove visible mold growth (you still need to clean that), it can reduce airborne mold and prevent regrowth.

Does it help with allergens?

Absolutely. UVILIZER helps reduce airborne allergens like pet dander, dust mites, and pollen by sanitizing the air with UV-C and ozone. Many users with allergies report cleaner air and easier breathing after regular use.

Is ozone safe for allergy-sensitive individuals?

Yes, when used as directed. Always run the device in an unoccupied space, and wait for ozone to clear before re-entry. Proper ventilation ensures safety for allergy-sensitive people and pets.
